Synaptics Low Cost pricing structure

It is our firm belief that IT services can, with the correct structure be offered at a low cost without sacrificing good service. Below you will find our standard service and consultancy rates.

How it works

All our customers are charged the same rate based upon the service they require at any given time charged on a minute by minute basis.

For Example - imagine you require your firewall to include a new IP table rule, this tasks takes 15 minutes from a remote dial in VPN. 15 minutes is exactly what you will be charged.

(Note we do request that your initial purchase is a minimum of 1 hour. Any minutes you do not use are not lost, but credited to you for future use. These credits can be utilised at a later time against any service or consultancy requirements you may have. After this intial period all rates are charged upon a minute by minute basis).

Dial in product solutions can be provided by Synaptics or we are happy to use your existing system
